2005 Cabernet Sauvignon - 3 Bottle Pack-
“River Cab”, so named because these grapes are grown on the hillside banks of the Estrella River where it is cooler and the growing season is prolonged. In fact, these grapes were not harvested until November 18, 2005. All that extra time on the vine allowed the grapes to mature to their exceptional flavor profile. When tasting this wine you will find a fruit forward experience with a long, pleasant finish. It is bold yet soft on the palate with hints of black currant, black cherry, fresh cocoa, and a smidgen of vanilla. It is a wine that begs a second glass.

2005 Syrah - 3 Bottle Pack-
These grapes are grown in the ideal microclimate of the Paso Robles area where the warm days and cool nights allow the grapes to mature to their full flavor potential. The Syrah’s canopy has been adjusted to allow just the right amount of sunlight to hit the fruit. It is a vigorous grape plant – rich, complex and simply delicious with some earthiness, a hint of plum and boysenberry balanced with cocoa and coffee tones.
